Welcome to part two of my interview with BMW enthusiast Paul Valliere. (You can listen to part one here.)
In this conversation Paul and I hypothesize about the future for old-school BMW enthusiasts like ourselves. Here’s a heads up on my take written in 2011, and Paul raises some issues I hadn’t considered.
We also talk about the Enthusiast Auto Group (EAG), a dealership in Cincinnati, Ohio that specializes in pristine, low mileage used M cars. They have been successful in acquiring and reselling a large number of clean M cars in recent years, significantly affecting the market for M cars in the process. EAG is the topic of much heated debate in online forums, and again Paul has an interesting take.
Apologies for the occasional garbled section, due to Paul’s troubles with his mic. If you’re mobile and don’t see the player below, click here for a direct link to the audio file.
