Today WashingtonExec published my latest Wine and Dine column. Last month the Washington Post jumped into the wine business with a new wine club offering. The combination was intriguing, but it wasn’t immediately clear to me why the Post launched this business. So I reached out to a media contact for more information.
In my column I share aninterview with Tim Condon, Director of New Digital Ventures at the Post. He talks about the rationale behind the launch and the selection of the company to manage the club. He also shares some thoughts about the DC area as a rising center of wine interest and consumption.
